Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data our iOS video app (the “App”) collects, why, who processes it and how long we keep it. The App is provided by its developer, as named on the App Store listing (“we”, “us”). Questions: support@aivideoappsor.uk.

We don’t collect contacts, precise location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites. The App has no accounts: the Apple Account identifier above only connects your own devices and downloads of the App.
Photos and faces
Some templates put a person from your photo into a video. Before a photo leaves your device, the App checks it on the device (for example, that it contains one clear face) using Apple’s built-in frameworks; this check is never sent to us. We use your photos only to create the videos you request. We do not build face templates, recognise who is in a photo, or use photos for any other purpose. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it.
AI services that process your content
To create a video, the App sends your prompt and the photos you chose to our servers, and we pass them to AI services that work on our behalf. The App asks for your permission before it sends anything, and you can withdraw it in Profile › Privacy.
- kie.ai — an AI model platform that runs the image and video models for us.
- fal.ai — a backup AI model platform we use when kie.ai is unavailable.
- The developers of those models — Google (Veo, Nano Banana), xAI (Grok Imagine) and Kuaishou (Kling). Which one handles a request depends on the feature you use.
These services process your content under their own terms and privacy policies and may keep copies for a limited time (typically from one day to two weeks) for delivery and abuse prevention. Videos may carry the provider’s invisible watermark that marks them as AI-generated.
Other service providers
- Cloudflare — hosts our servers and stores your photos and videos for the periods above.
- Apple — delivers push notifications, and processes any purchases if paid features are offered.
We share data with these providers only to run the App. We don’t sell or rent personal data and don’t share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.
Where data is processed
Our providers operate worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your data: Profile › Privacy › Delete my data removes your videos, photos, prompts and app ID from our servers and the App — for every device that uses the App with the same Apple Account. Records of the cost of past videos are kept without any link to you.
- Delete one video: open it and tap Delete.
- Withdraw permission for AI processing in Profile › Privacy. The App then can’t create videos until you allow it again.
- Notifications can be turned off in the iOS Settings.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we don’t know who you are, write to us from Profile › Contact support: the email includes your app ID (also shown at the bottom of the Profile tab), which lets us find your data.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
We process your content to provide the service you request (performance of a contract). Sending your photos and prompts to AI services is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process technical data and IP addresses on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure, working service.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. Don’t upload photos of children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will delete the data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider with access limited to what the service needs. Media links given to AI services are signed and expire quickly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above; if the change affects which AI services process your content, the App will ask for your permission again.
