Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of our iOS video app (the “App”), provided by its developer as named on the App Store listing (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to them. They apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict, these terms prevail to the extent allowed by that agreement.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
2. What the App does
The App creates short videos and images with artificial intelligence from your prompts, your photos and ready-made templates. The work is done by third-party AI services (see the Privacy Policy). Results are generated automatically: they can be inaccurate, unexpected or differ from the template previews, and the same request can give a different result each time. Some requests are refused by our filters or by the AI services.
3. Your content
- You keep your rights in the prompts and photos you upload (“your content”) and, as far as the law allows, in the videos the App makes for you.
- You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and send your content to our AI service providers only to create your videos, show them to you and keep the service safe. The licence ends when the content is deleted.
- You confirm that you have the right to use your content, and that every identifiable person in your photos has agreed to it.
- Others may create similar results, and AI output may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
4. What you must not do
Don’t use the App to create, upload or share content that:
- shows a minor, or anyone who looks like a minor, in a sexual or suggestive way, or uses photos of children;
- is sexual or nude, or undresses a real person;
- uses someone’s photo or likeness without their consent, impersonates a real person, or could mislead people into thinking a fake event really happened (deepfakes of real people, fake news, election content);
- harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against anyone, or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including real brands, logos and characters you don’t have rights to.
Don’t try to get around our limits, filters or security, overload the service, reverse engineer it, or access it other than through the App.
5. Reports and enforcement
You can report a video from its screen. We may review reported content, remove content, limit or suspend access to the App if these terms are broken, and report illegal content to the authorities.
6. Availability and changes
The App relies on third-party AI services and may change, be limited or become unavailable at any time. We may add, change or remove features, templates and models. Videos are kept for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy) — save the ones you want to your device.
7. Paid features
If the App offers purchases, they are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms, including its refund rules. Prices and what a purchase includes are shown in the App before you buy.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. This does not limit liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your data in Profile › Privacy. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop providing the App.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
